Senior Recruitment Consultant
Becka leads recruitment activity, managing the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through to placement. She works closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensures workers are well-matched, prepared and supported. Known for her bubbly personality and approachable nature, Becka brings genuine care and energy to everything she does. Anyone who works with her quickly sees how passionate she is about the care sector, and her commitment plays a key role in maintaining reliability and consistency across services.
Enayet Zaman
Compliance Officer
Enayet manages compliance, onboarding and vetting, ensuring all staff meet regulatory, safeguarding and internal requirements before being deployed. He maintains accurate records, monitors renewals and ensures standards are upheld at all times, providing reassurance to clients and protecting service quality.
Sheb Khan
Business Manager
Sheb oversees business operations, strategy and growth, ensuring systems, processes and performance are aligned with the company’s goals. He focuses on operational efficiency, financial oversight and long-term planning, helping to build a stable and scalable business that supports both clients and internal teams.
Roo Begom
Director
Roo leads the organisation with a hands-on, people-focused approach, overseeing daily operations and overall service delivery. She sets the standards across the business, ensuring high-quality staffing, clear communication and dependable support for both clients and workers. Roo is closely involved in decision-making, problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships across the sector.
