Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, Chelsea supports the recruitment and coordination of healthcare professionals across Committed Support. She works closely with candidates throughout their journey, helping to identify the right opportunities, coordinate placements and ensure they feel informed and supported along the way.
Friendly, organised and approachable, Chelsea has a natural way of building positive relationships with both candidates and colleagues. She understands how important the right person is to every service we support and takes pride in helping match reliable, caring professionals with the right placements. Her attention to detail and commitment to supporting our workforce make her a valued part of the Committed Support team.
Enayet Zaman
Compliance Officer
Enayet manages compliance, onboarding and vetting, ensuring all staff meet regulatory, safeguarding and internal requirements before being deployed. He maintains accurate records, monitors renewals and ensures standards are upheld at all times, providing reassurance to clients and protecting service quality.
Roo Begom
Director
Roo leads the organisation with a hands-on, people-focused approach, overseeing daily operations and overall service delivery. She sets the standards across the business, ensuring high-quality staffing, clear communication and dependable support for both clients and workers. Roo is closely involved in decision-making, problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships across the sector.
